Do we accept returns ?
Yes - we do. However, you MUST contact us by day 14 of when you receive your item - counting business days & weekend days. Item is shipped to you free of charge - therefore, the buyer pays for all returned items. Item or items should be in new condition - in original packaging for a full refund to be approved. Once returned item or items are received in new condition, you will be refunded within 10 - 15 days.
May I cancel an order ?
Yes. you may cancel your order.
Cancellation must be made within 1 hr. of placing order to avoid the production process of item ordered. Once item hits the production process - order may not be cancelled.
